"When we arrived they didn't have a Queen bed, only a single twin bed. I told the front desk girl that the reservation was made for me and my wife and would definitely needed a bed for both. She had to call her supervisor until finally they offered us another room with a Queen and a Bump bed . Place was clean but need new towels. Towels were dark blue, old and looked like old rags and smell bad. We also asked for pool towels and they told us they didn't provide pool towels, to use the same...

Breakfast was ok When we checked in they didn't have a King or a Queen bed available so they took us walking to another building on the same block that apparently was newer that the other hotel but belonged to the same company and this was a very small room, TV was on the right side of the bed and it was very uncomfortable to watch tv. The pictures they show on hotels.com have nothing to do with this hotel. "
