"The location is excellent by being close to trains, buses, and department stores. The room was tiny but clean. There was no safe to keep your valuables, or a microwave in the room. It was a bit odd to heat up your food in another floor and take it to your room using an elevator. The room cannot be used between 10am and 3pm if you want it to be cleaned, which was a major inconvenience forme."

"Definitely a great place to stay if you are visiting Kawagoe with its historic 'Edo Town', as the nearest station (Matoba) is just two stops away. "Great apartment with separate bedroom and much bigger than usual Japanese hotels. Beds comfortable, clean bed linen and towels, lots of hot water and pristine bathroom. Minimal kitchen facilities but good for breakfasts and those wanting to eat out. Landlord accessible and a great communicator. Exceptional value for money. "

"The owner, Kaori-san, and her sister, who works with her, are welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed our conversations with them. The inn is clean and comfortable. We went to Yatsugatake by train, and the station is an uphill walk of 30-40 minutes from the inn. Kaori's sister generously gave us a lift in her own car. We hope to return to this delightful little inn one day."

"凄く丁寧で優しい。朝チェックアウトのあと駐車場へ向かったら霜が降りてて車の窓ガラスが真っ白になってました。そのあとすぐ旅館の方が霜を取るヘラを持ってきてくれました。 普通であれば霜を溶かす為に数分エンジンかけ、暖房で温めたり時間がかかった出発がかなり時短になりました。 ３歳の息子が居ましたが、館内用の浴衣もお布団も小さいサイズを用意してくれ嬉しかったです。 館内の歯磨き粉は少し固かったですが、改善してくれる事を祈ります。 あと館内に電子レンジがないのですが、旅館の方が、「厨房で温めますか？」と聞いてくれ、優しかったです。 わからないことや困ったことは旅館の方が親身に聞いて対応が早かったです。 部屋は凄く広く、古い作りでしたが、素泊まりにはかなり満足でした。 また家族や友達とまた泊まりたいと思った旅館です。 旅館の周りは徒歩300m圏内にコインランドリーや食べ物屋さん(ほうとう屋さんやお寿司屋さんなど)色々ありました。 20時閉店が多い為早めに来店が必要かもしれません。 薬局やコンビニもあります。 "
