"Nice place to stay You need to walk to the Olive Branch for dinner (not far but best to have a coat and umbrella) Breakfast only started at 7.30 so if you are there for business and have an early start this is not ideal Other than that a very nice place to stay"

"It was terrible!!! Can’t contact anyone to get the key!!!They are not organized !!! Even finally have someone answer the phone and give me the lock box number and that was no key inside!!! We waited two hours have no one call us back !!! At the end we go to another Inn to stay!!! We need our MONEY BACK "

"Bit of a pain having to check into a different hotel before going to the one I actually booked. But for the price it was fine, clean and tidy. Very noisy though with traffic outside and people walking about on creaking floorboards and every door slamming. "

"A beautiful place to stay if you’re visiting Bournemouth or the surrounding area. Everything was perfect. Pre arrival information and communication was spot on and our reception on arrival by David and Pumpkin immediately made us feel at home. We stayed in the Spa room which I can highly recommend. "Stayed 1 night to catch early ferry next morning...wouldn't want to stay longer No remote control for television . No toiletries I think you get what you pay for . Room we used had a small kitchen area with nothing in cupboards, empty fridge space , Free car park good "

"We had a lovely two night couples break at Kimbers Farm. The shepherds hut is so comfortable and just the right side of luxury rustic! Possibly the comfiest bed I’ve slept in away from home. The wood fired hot tub adds a sense of fun and is easy to use. We also enjoyed cooking outside (gas hob available inside!). The shower/toilet “block” is great, well equipped and clean. "The room was very smelly and dirty and I couldn't change my room. The beds where broken too. Was not happy with my stay ☹"

"We stayed in the grade 2 listed farmhouse in the blue room which was very large and very clean. The bed was very comfortable bathroom & shower were squeaky clean the outside temperature had changed that day due to rain so it was a tad chilly but I’m a northerner so no problem for me. The breakfast selection was amazing including a cooked breakfast The host was very chatty and informative so 5 out of 5 for our stay"
