"I wasn’t expecting the hotel to be as nice as it was so low cost. I was so wrong. Lovely hotel, reception staff really nice and very thorough on arrival. The rooms are compact but they were clean and had everything that we needed for a base. Breakfast was fine, some fruit would have been lovely but other than that it was grand. "

"First time staying in this hotel the night before transferring to Santa Fe (only a 10 minute walk away). Staff were great, room really spacious and clean. Breakfast was basic but nice and explained well. My only disappointment was the noise - lot of rooms close to together so when the bus drops ppl it can be noisy for a short time especially with wooden flooring but didn’t ruin the stay "

"Signage very bad. There were 2 buildings close to each other. Owned by the same hotel chain. Difficult to find the correct hotel. No information provided to help guests find the correct hotel. Difficult to find check in. Intercom voices were very helpful. Over complicated process to check in. I was sent an email with our room code but email didn’t arrive until about 1 hour after we needed it. Had to use intercom service again. Apart from the above the hotel was good value for the price. "

"The hotel description delivers what it says in the tin, its budget! Myself and my family used it as a stop over whilst travelling through France but I wouldn’t want more than 1 night here. "The staff was lovely and helpful and gave useful tips. A very good breakfast was served with a variety of choice. The general cleanliness of the room and bathroom was excellent and this was very important to me. What I didn't like however, was the size of the bathroom and shower. It was too small and inconvenient. Only a very slim person could use the shower comfortably. It also got blocked up every time it was used."
