"To stay at the grand Hyatt was absolutely fantastic. The first time I stayed at the grand Hyatt was in 1984 and since that time it has grown and prospered and is a fantastic place to stay in midtown Manhattan! Located directly above Grand Central Station, there are plenty of dining and shopping options as well as access to anywhere in the five boroughs. "

"The room was large and the washroom was modern and very clean. The fridge was dirty and the shelves inside were broken. The blinds were broken so we couldn’t darken the room for sleeping. There was no way to contact the front desk, nor the manager by phone in the room- nor was the phone number on the website correct so you physically had to go to the front desk.
