"Very friendly staff. Room is well equipped. We unfortunately had loud people upstairs (stomping around, dragging items) which impacted sleeping. (We didn’t think to call down to the office; they might have been able to help.) The bedding was quite thin, so we had to keep the heat on. "

"The staff didn’t provide towels to us daily. They never came to pick the dirty towels. The bathroom drain wasn’t working so the tub filled with water when showering. There was only one garbage can in the room, which was very small. Most of the staff were nice but one woman at the desk was very nasty when we asked for another blanket. The breakfast had variety but the woman watched me and my family the whole time we were getting food. The omelets were so hard, they couldn’t be eaten. "

"Staff was helpful, room was clean and fully stocked with amenities. Gym was small but ok to get in a treadmill workout. Very nice stay overall."

"What has happened to servicing your room? Nowhere is it stated that your room WILL NOT BE CLEANED until after your second night. A sticker on the bathroom mirror alerted us to this “policy”, after check in. Isn’t cleaning, fresh towels, making beds part of what you pay for? Poor customer experience!!!"

"We were only here to sleep one night, but the staff was helpful and friendly. When we checked in I casually asked how far Cranberry was because we had to travel there that evening for a game. Rather than simply saying she wasn't sure, she looked it up for me while I checked in. She did not have to do that. Our room was spotless and comfortable. The breakfast was hot with plenty of choices. We would absolutely stay here again."

"Beautiful & quiet rooms in the best location. Only negative is that the parking lot below the hotel is convenient but also hard to maneuver in and they charge extra. Will definitely stay here again. Great restaurants on the street and T stop is next door. "
