"Our stay was an overnight stay in Hempstead the room was in fair condition and cleaned but I did wipe it down myself, The problem we had was the people above us they got really noisy about 10:00 at night I couldn't take it anymore so I called front desk about 10:40 they did call them because about 10 minutes later they did get quiet but although they did get up about five the next morning being noisy again until they checked out, we got up and left about 8:00 am. But overall it was an okay...

"Bed and pillows very comfortable. There was a cricket team staying at hotel, they were very noisy. No breakfast offered. Coffee provided in room is yuk. "

"They have recently remodeled the complex so it is all very new and clean. But a few issues were bothersome . Their phone wasnt working that was in our room. The refrigerator had been turned off . Had to ask about the heating and cooling system to work it correctly. And they need pictures up on the walls and a desk. But I would stay here again. Hopefully things will be finished next time we are in town "
