"เสียความรุ้สึกมากเจ้าหน้าที่รับการจองไม่ได้ส่งดิลให้กับโรงแรมไปถึงทางโรงแรมบอกว่าไม่ได้รับดีลจองจาก Hotel.com ขอตำหนิการทำงานของพนักงานอย่างแรงควรปรับปรุง สรุปไม่ได้พักทีนี่ แต่เจ้าหน้าที่ทางโรงแรมให้ความช่วยเหลือดีมากๆๆ จองตรงน่าจะดีกว่า ครับ"

"Helaas ondanks dat dat 1 jonge dochter van deze hotelfamilie engels spreekt en zoveel mogelijk probeert te helpen, maar vaak is deze ook niet aanwezig. heeft de rest van het personeel geen woord engels in zijn vocabulaire. Je hebt vanaf deze hotel altijd een taxi/tuktuk/taxibrommer nodig omdat deze hotel in niemandsland ligt. Matrassen die doorgezakt zijn wordt amateuristisch gerepareerd met een houten plaat onder de topper te schuiven, wat er helaas er toe lijdt dat de bed veel te hard is...

"While not for everyone, we like the place. It is big and comfortable and suits us for extended stays as there is a separate area for working. It is right off the main road and quite loud however we just ask for the room farthest away. It's also important to have some form of transport as there is not much in the way of food/etc. Close by.
