"It was very difficult and confusing to figure out how to get into the building. Although I had already paid through Expedia, I had to pay again. And there is a computer monitor that asks your name and reseveration number. The hotel's reseveration number and Expedia's reservation number are different and I was using Expedia's reservation number. At the end of a long day, you don't want to waste 30 minutes trying to figure out how to get in. "

"Very nice stay here. It's ideally located for the medieval city as well as restaurants on the way into Carcassonne itself. The staff were very friendly and the room was serviced daily.
