"We were suppose to stay here but got stuck in a snow blizzard and could not make it to Freeport. The night manager was very understanding when we called to cancel on day of and did not charge us the cancellation fee."

"The staff was very nice and helpful rooms were okay and decently kept. The hallway reeked of marijuana and our neighbors were noisy on the holiday weekend but it was expected for the most part. Our mini fridge had a broken seal so it leaked water all over and make a funny noise at times, and our shower had some left over hair in it but the staff was very prompt to answer any issues we had! "

"The hot tub was perfect on day 1, but the next 2 nocs the jets were not working. I did ask about it, and the clerk said she would update maintenance. otherwise all was good! "

"Let me just say, this score has nothing to do with the service I received from Staff. The ladies were so kind and helpful! You have a great staff! Now, get the hotel up to par and it may bring your ratings up. Pool was supposedly under maintenance. I happened to choose this hotel for the pool :( The right side elevator was not useable. All guests had to wait on one elevator and avoid the break a leg construction in the hotel itself. The room was okay but the bathroom on the other hand...

"The Jacuzzi "

"Out of half a dozen or so cabin rentals, this one is the absolute best. It's clean, uncluttered, quiet, and huge! Water was hot, heater worked really well (it was a very cold week) and the kitchen worked well. Beds were comfy too. I can't say enough good things about this place!"
