"We have vacationed in Cape Coral for the last 8 years and this home was one of our favorites. Between my sisters family and mine we had a total of 12 guests. It was spacious and the game room was a big hit. The home was supplied with the basic necessities-soap, TP, paper towels, shampoo, laundry detergent, dishwashing liquid, etc.which was so appreciated.The kayaks and paddle boat were great. "The hot tub and pool are great and the kitchen is well stocked. We stayed over the Christmas holiday and Melanie had the home decorated, which was very nice! The location is approximately 40 minutes from the Fort Meyers beaches."

"Our family enjoyed this vacation home. The space was accommodating and the best part was the pool. The location was quiet and we felt at home. Not far to fort Myers’s beach and great places to eat and shop. Communication was great. The only thing we can say was limited instructions on closing up the home and A few more household things like a working water supply on the fridge but they had lots of bagged ice which was a great help. "We stayed 16 days at this location. From the house, to the pool and canal view you could not ask for a better location and home to stay. We haver rented many homes previously, and the house was by far the cleanest, and most well equipped as far as all the extras, plenty of dishes cooking accessories, towels, bikes, etc., that we have stayed in. "My wife and I stayed in this home on a last minute get away. Home was very clean and kept up. All kitchen appliances have been recently updated and all worked perfectly. It was cold for our stay and didn't get to use the pool but would be a great place to just hang out and enjoy the day weather permitting.
