"This is the most beautiful and relaxing place we have EVER stayed. With Joaquin’s directions it was very easy to find using Google maps and the pic he sent of the front gate let us know we were definitely in the right spot. We arrived after dark and were able to get there without any issues, the roads are steep and narrow but very manageable. Low score was due to several things that need attention in the property, as a host, I know how important is to have good attention to detail and make sure everything I am offering, works. "The house has everything a group needs to enjoy their stay in Puerto Rico. Close the airport, restaurants, and grocery stores. Enough space to accommodate large groups and the property owner is very nice. Checking in and making sure we have everything we need and providing updates if necessary. Would recommend to anyone and would definitely rent again if possible in the future "

"At first sight I thought the room was nice and as advertised. Nonetheless, we found two cockroaches in the room, our pillows were old and formless, the bathroom sink's handle came out of its hinges, the showerhead was defective and did not offer a comfortable spread of water and finally they had a scheduled construction right next to our room window and while having other rooms available, failed to inform us and give us a chance to move. The workers woke us up at 8am and they called us at 9:30...
