"The pool was open and I had to go in for a dip at the end of December. Air temperature was in the low 80s and the pool was probably in the 60s. My only complaint was the hot water faded during the morning probably because of so many using it. Breakfast ends right at 9 so don't come in at 9:01 and expect to eat. They pull the milk and the bread right away. I also had to warm the butter packets in my hand while the waffles cooked because the butter was unspreadable being so cold and hard. It was...

"The hotel was only 10 minutes from the airport, which is always nice. They provided shuttle transport, which was why we chose the hotel. One of the shuttle drivers was a bit surly, I guess she didn't want to be driving the shuttle. On the plus side, the room was the only room I've ever had with a ceiling fan, which is a very nice touch. I would stay there again. "

"Nice clean room. Good breakfast with bacon eggs and pancakes. Beautiful large pool and hot tub. Only minor point were all the nice machines were out of order. Then the room fridge only had a fridge section, but not the top freezer for freezing ice packs. Had to ask for ice, but didn’t have our ice packs for the cooler when heading to the beach. "

"Comfortable room, just a little bit rough around the edges. It needs some attention, E.g the button for the elevator was broken on the 3rd floor meaning you'd have to take the stairs down or call reception. Breakfast was good. "

"The shower head was replaced. Water pressure was still low but manageable. The refrigerator had no freezer area. The placement of our room was by a team of young hockey player that were running around the hall being loud and disruptive late at night. I had to call the front desk. We should have never been placed on that floor to begin with."
