"Family of 4 stayed 3 nights. The balacony overlooking the river was awesome. The hotel offers free tube rentals to float down the river. Our kids loved it. Conveniently located at the end of pigeon forge strip, making getting to gatlinburg or the national park very easy. Room was clean."

"We visit Gatlinburg frequently and have stayed in many venues. We would rate this one very favorably: good price, clean, excellent service, great location (and a very good breakfast included in price). The only things we would change would be the AC, which we found hard to regulate, and the curtains that needed repair and were hard to close. We would definitely stay here again!"
