"A group of us go snowmobiling every year and we decided to go Moosehead Lake this year. Home was exactly as pictured. Very comfortable and clean. Kitchen well stocked with everything you would need. Beds were super comfortable. Trail located right behind the house after short ride through woods. Parking was more than enough for trucks and trailers. Would definitely go back. Host was extremely easy to reach with any questions. Host even contacted us when my husband left his wedding band behind. "

The kitchen was well stocked with the usual, but also contained extras like spices and oils.Having just two of us, my friend took the first floor master bedroom/bathroom while I took the second floor that contained two bedrooms and a bathroom. "It was a quiet, clean and cosy apartment. It was convenient to the shops and restaurants of the town. We enjoyed hiking at Lily Bay State Park and on Mt Kineo. We had a wonderful day on the water with a tour of Moosehead on the Kate. Our one suggestion would be a small step stool for shorter people. "

"I booked a unit which has a loft and they moved me to a smaller one without ever telling me. So, someone had to sleep on the futon which was disgusting and so uncomfortable it’s not suitable for sleeping (needs a new mattress). There were no sheets for it either. The place was relatively clean except for REALLY gross carpet and one thing that is inexcusable. There was rat poop in the silverware drawer and in the pots/pans. The back deck is fantastic but I would still never stay here again!"
