Nonetheless, we found two cockroaches in the room, our pillows were old and formless, the bathroom sink's handle came out of its hinges, the showerhead was defective and did not offer a comfortable spread of water and finally they had a scheduled construction right next to our room window and while having other rooms available, failed to inform us and give us a chance to move. When I call the phone number on the property I was told that I was at the right location. Then I was instructed to go to the area where they have at least 10 combinations locks & was given the code to unlock the keys of the room in which I’ll be staying at.
