"We stayed for 4 nights we liked the location, clean and breakfast options were good. Restaurant options were not so great. Staff were helpful and courteous. We have to take our luggage to our room ourselves. No coffee or tea kettle in the room. Bathroom sink was not great water would come outside make a mess. Wish they had microwave in the room. Alameda mall is just walkable from the hotel food options are great and better options than restaurant In hotel. We enjoyed Pans and Company sandwiches...

"The beds were new and the bathrooms and common areas were nice. I think the men’s showers should be the women’s shower but in general the place was nice and the location is perfect! Right next to the metro and walking distance from a lot!! I would stay here again. "

"Its a nice basic place near to Campanha Station, which has long distance trains to Lisbon and the south, plus regional trains along the scenic Douro Valley. Metro and rail services into the city centre also available, plus direct metro from airport. The room itself was clean and comfortable, en suite, albeit a bit compact. I was checked in by the owner who remembered me from my last visit, and he was very kind to ask about my father who stayed with me last time, which was a nice touch."
