"We arrived at the hotel and were told that we did not have a reservation as the property was being renovated. We were put in a neighbouring casa with a lovely lady but the casa was not as nice/big as our original booking. Very disappointed with the whole situation and not sure if hotel Italia took another booking and disregarded ours. "

"Unser Zimmer hatte leider kein Fenster, was für mich etwas befremdlich war. Es war allerdings ausreichend groß und sauber. Es gibt in dieser Unterkunft auch Zimmer mit Fenster. Wenn darauf Wert gelegt wird sollte man darauf achten. Ansonsten ist diese Unterkunft sehr zentral gelegen und die Casabesitzer sind sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Garage wurde für unseren Mietwagen sofort organisiert. Muchas gracias a la gente del casa :-)"
