"We arrived at the hotel and were told that we did not have a reservation as the property was being renovated. We were put in a neighbouring casa with a lovely lady but the casa was not as nice/big as our original booking. Very disappointed with the whole situation and not sure if hotel Italia took another booking and disregarded ours. "

"It was a pleasure staying at this hotel, customer service was great, food excellent, perfect area to walk and get to know the area (tourist wise) even though mi visit wasn’t for tourism but a religious event. "

"Upon arrival we found that the hotel had problems with the water service. We were offered to stay at the Santa Maria Hotel and the receptionist took us there in person and help us with the checking process. Excellent service and beautiful hotel."
