Was welcomed by Il Capo and his family (Fabio and his wife and 2 sons) special shout out to Fabio and Eduardo who spoke very good English and recommended us great places to visit. "A small hotel in Tirrenia with a lovely restaurant, loved the food. 45 min bus ride to Pisa. 10 min walk to cafes and other restaurants by the beach. Staff was very helpful and nice. Would definitely recommend if you don’t mind the bus ride. 20 minute drive to Pisa airport. "

"Very friendly managers. Good location. Everything as advertised! We had a 2nd floor apt with balcony. There is a nice shared patio on ground floor. Minutes from both train stations. Terme has be devastated by covid and hence fewer tourist. We stayed a week and made trips to Firenze, Luca, Pisa. and alto. Small but very nice."
