"We stayed at the Hôtel l'Atelier for 3 nights for the Ironman Vichy race weekend. Hotel is a little outside the Vichy town in a quiet country side. There is a supermarket walking distance you can have everything you need. Hotel is very clean, and quiet. Breakfast was typical French breakfast and we had coffee/tea etc. during the day without any charge. "A nice little hotel, which is well located in the city. It is run by the family and if you do not speak French so good, witch I don't, the wife speaks very good English. Her husband understands English, but replies in French and that works for me. Safe parking in the backyard. I had a very nice dinner and I think the husband was the Chef. "

"We try to be positive but sometimes ….. Room was disappointing, with vinyl on the floor, cheap curtains and cramped toilet. Shower tiles grouting dirty. Toilet kept running after flushing. Bed springs could be felt. Flashing light in stairway/hall could provoke a fit. The pictures look fine, the reality is very different. Would not return. A good Campanile is better and cheaper."
