Safety is a concern because could not lock from inside and the room can be accessed by other customers with their access card. I strongly suggest the hotel management to do a thorough security check on all doors, add a security door chain and a lock that can be locked manually from inside."

"I like the place as there are many F&B outlet within walking distance. I am very disappointed with the process of collecting the key because the door key was taken by someone else. Although the staff did help to get back the key but much of my time is wasted in calling and waiting."
