"The staff spoke very poor english and some not at all and so we had to rely on our driver to communicate. Although we had booked and paid for the room on Hotels.com well in advance, they did not have our reservation and knew nothing about use. They did not even know who hotels.com was. So at first they gave us 3 rooms instead of one and then wanted to charged us more. I had to call up the hotels.com reservation on my drivers phone as their internet did not work. "Large rooms, good location, clean. I would not book this hotel through Expedia, however, because they were very confused. I am not sure how Expedia liaises with hotels, because they seemed to have never heard of Expedia and I am concerned that they may not have the correct systems in place to record and access payments. I will be booking small hotels in African directly from now on, instead of through a booking site."
