"Hotel kent allereerst Expedia niet. Onze reservering was dan ook niet binnen gekomen en er was geen kamer voor ons gereed (terwijl er echt plek zat was!) Hotelmanager was na heel veel zeuren door onze gids bereid om ons in een personeelshok te plaatsen; vies,klein, gehorig. Ontbijt niet lekker en service niet best. Ons advies; Niet boeken!"

"Large rooms, good location, clean. I would not book this hotel through Expedia, however, because they were very confused. I am not sure how Expedia liaises with hotels, because they seemed to have never heard of Expedia and I am concerned that they may not have the correct systems in place to record and access payments. Although we had booked and paid for the room on Hotels.com well in advance, they did not have our reservation and knew nothing about use. They did not even know who hotels.com was.
