"I really enjoyed my two night stay at this hostel. The team at reception were really helpful and friendly. The place opened in August 2024 to at least 4* hotel level. Great cafe and bar on ground floor. The location is very central in the old town and directly opposite Vets concert venue. Provides- Bedding Towel Soap/shower gel Keypad locker I had a great night's sleep in the very comfortable bed. The bathroom and shower rooms were to an excellent standard. "Good location, very quiet with a good size room. Breakfast basic and owners friendly. Web site indicated air conditioning but couldn’t see any ? Also unable to pay with visa."

"Good hotel in walking distance (15 min) to city center. The website is a bit unclear but there is no reception so you call when you are at the hotel and they remotely let you in. Which works fine. The room is fine although you do hear the neighbors answering be you clearly. But all in all a good choice and decent price/quality. "

"Very attractive room with a large comfortable bed. Well equiped kitchen. There were a couple of faults which were addressed quickly. Some adjustments could be made - more storage, height of coat hooks and storage ib bathroom. Overall a pleasant and enjoyable stay."

"The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We could also use the washer and dryer at no extra charge. Having a kitchenette option was nice. We didn't like the fact that there was no staff at the reception at all times. We had to communicate any issues, questions of requests by phone. This approach was highly unpersonable. We never saw the facility owner at all!!! This unpleasant hotel feature was not disclosed by Trivago at all. Also, it would be nice to have air conditioning...

"Property was nice and was clean. We loved being in a place like an apartment with lots of dinning and shopping options nearby. Shower drain was slow and there wasn’t added toilet paper supplied. Everything else was awesome! We would stay there again for sure. "

"Ich war mit meinen Eltern in Suwald und es war sehr erholsam. Es ist sehr ruhig in der Gegend und man sieht viele Tiere. Mit dem Auto ist alles schnell erreichbar. Auch die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und immer für uns erreichbar. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub."
