"Very friendly and clean and tidy. Good position with nearly level walk to beach and town. Unusual for this very hilly town. Please note the single room is very small and there is no guest lounge. This could be a challenge in bad weather. Good value with a full breakfast."

Nice touches of flowers, tea bags & biscuits waiting when we arrived, and some very welcoming doggies!! Lots of local walks, although some footpaths could be better maintained - bring wellies if you like to walk, occasionally we had to wade through a stream!
