"This is somewhere that is actually better in reality than in the pictures. The decor and level on maintenance is first class. The owner has clearly shown as much care on the apartment as she would on her own living space. Many fine, well thought out details reflect that care. "I travelled to Taunton by train to watch cricket and do some walking. The property is conveniently positioned for both, comfortable, clean and well fitted out. The town centre is just a short walk away. However confirmation of the lock box code for access was not provided 24 hours prior as promised and I had to chase, which was a bit stressful. On my return I was advised the security deposit will not be returned due to a burn mark from the iron on the carpet. I was staying on my own to watch...

"Photos and description don't do it justice. What an absolute delight and beyond. Furnished like a show flat but it's the little detauls that really make this: the cotton buds/pads in the bathroom, cereals in the cupboard, milk and yoghurt in the fridge... But also the often overlooked items in reviews like the shower - great pressure and heat, towels were big, fluffy and robust, more than enough hangers in the wardrobe.... One of the best apartments I've ever stayed in "
