"Hotel Calzaiolo is WONDERFUL! I had a very restful time there. Antonietta is a kind, charming owner, and was so sweet and helpful to me. She even had a taxi deliver a work bag for me after I forgot it in my hotel room! Speaking of the room, it was charming and perfect, with a very cool wardrobe, and wood ceilings that overflowed with rustic style. "Checking in was easy. Elisa was very helpful and friendly, she answered all my questions and she kept in touch with me before checkin, to make sure we knew exactly where to go. The property was beautiful! We loved our view from the kitchen window. The apartment was well stocked and the pool was lovely. My husband had a nice chat with the owner and said he was very informative and friendly. We loved our stay at Belmonte and we were sad to leave such a beautiful place."

"Very friendly managers. Good location. Everything as advertised! We had a 2nd floor apt with balcony. There is a nice shared patio on ground floor. Minutes from both train stations. Terme has be devastated by covid and hence fewer tourist. We stayed a week and made trips to Firenze, Luca, Pisa. and alto. Small but very nice."

"Booked and promised: "Room with view". In reality: Room was groundfloor and in front of parking place. Despite rainy and cold days heating didn't work and for the heater brought by landlord he charged extra fee for electricity (10€ per day!). Rooms not been cleaned a single time in one week, for change of towels we had to ask. Finally landlord said he never received 30% of prepayment (which we advised but didn't have papers at hand as we trusted and thought confirmation of booking would be proof...
