"The room listed on expedia and what actually get at check in is totally misleading. I book family room with understanding that 2 people stay in attic room witg river view and another is just normal. Base on room picture show in expedia. In fact, it is totally different room. We ended up getting tiny room for 4 of us staying in together as normal room and no river view at all. "NO attached toilet in rooms!!!!! Common toilets facilities! Very inconvenience! The hotel is make of wooden structures. Partitions between rooms are not sound proof. Conversation can be heard across rooms. Walking to use the common toilets will create “cracking sound” of wood! Wake up everybody. Stay 1 night (booked 2 nights) and left "
