"Upon arrival to this hotel, there was a line of customers waiting to check in and no visible staff anywhere. We were there at 9pm so not super late, but no one could find anyone. Several of us walked in different directions to try and find someone but there was no one there. I had already paid online or we probably would have left. Apparently the one staff member working there had to leave the whole place unattended to take someone to the airport via shuttle services they provide. I thought this...

"Nice, clean and comfortable rooms. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Will return when we are back next year"
