Check-in was easy with guidance sent in advance, and the room was cleaned well during the day. The accomodation was clean and comfortable, although the common areas were unlit during the day so quite dark. A small amount of shampoo and shower gel was provided, and the room had a kettle. "Beautiful classy hotel in a great location. Friendly and helpful staff, you even get a free ride around the City in a vintage Bentley. Would definitely stay here again. Only complaint was the pillows, but this criticism can be levelled at most hotels, I guess they can’t use feather pillows for allergy reasons. Note to self, Will bring my own next time! "

"A wonderful stay at the holiday inn on nye. We was attending the nye party at the hotel so gave us everything we need. The only disappointment we had was we didnt know in advance that the pool would shut early and open late the next day so we wouldnt get to use it very much. But this all worked as the lovely girls on the desk booked me late check out so we were able to make the most of it after we had a complimentary breakfast that was added on to.
