"The property is at great location, perfect of what we were looking for. The place needs some repair as some of the cabinets are broken, shower is too hard, dishwasher is coming out but these all are ok to manage for our stay. One challenge is to park on the 8th floor every time you want to go out. Overall we are satisfied with our stay and had a great vacation. "

"The stay was amazing! The views were out of this world!!! Theirs so many things to do nearby as it’s located in the heart of brickell, you can easily walk to your destination. Communication with host was great he made sure everything went smooth during the check in and stay. Only thing I would say about the room is that the kitchen is a bit small but other than that everything was good. "

"The photos on the listing for this property are from when it was first furnished/listed. Much of the unit needs to be refurbished. My first impression of the unit was that it was very dirty, until I started looking harder and I realized that everything was actually very clean. The master bathroom was fine, the water pressure on the shower head was very poor. I ended up using the secondary shower head for the most part which did have strong pressure. The sinks in the master bathroom do not drain...
