"I booked this reservation for a room with three single beds but we got one double and o single bed. It was kind of weird because two of us had to share the double bed. We wanted to share the room but not the bed. Since the room was booked for three people, I would assume there will be towels and blankets for three people. No! Had to ask for it. Why? Not sure 🤔 "

"The flat was clean, comfortable and had an amazing view as I was on the 11th floor. My only complaint is that despite there being a kitchen, it was of little use as it had no equipment. No cooking facilities, no dishes or cutlery, not even the basics to make a cup of coffee in the morning. "

Vaso com assento estragado, persiana destruída, limpeza péssima e faltam utensílios de flat como copos, talheres e pratos. Definitivamente não estáxno padrão do hotel ou se enquadrada na categoria de flat. Nenhuma assistência ao usuário. Terrivel."
