"This hotel was perfectly located in the heart of Brussels, just steps from the large city park. The breakfast was lovely, and the coffee was a great way to start the day. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making the stay even more enjoyable. The only challenge was the room size; when the trundle bed was pulled out, it blocked access to the bathroom. "when we arrived, at 7 pm, there was no receptionist. we were given a different room than what had been required and the person in charge (waitress) couldn't help much as there was no receptionist available. Given that the hotel for that day was fully booked, they should have a person in charge to support customers."

"I like that it is conveniently located, good lighting in the room.separate shower & toilet, very helpful staff in giving directions & lend me an electric fan as room is warm. The lower part of wall could have been repainted.Whether windows closed or open noise outside is terrible people speaking loudly without consideration especially around midnight. This has ruined my stay. I asked the housekeeping not to clean my room but she still sorted my room given me fresh towels but sadly have thrown...

"Good Only issue was that the water did not drain fast enough when the shower was on had to keep turning the shower off and wait for,ti to drain so it did not overflow the shower cubicle "
