"Laundry machines were a plus. Room is really small and cramped w/2 beds. The bathroom shower curtain design is sub-optimal and gets water everywhere and the area is rusting. Did not appreciate having to take a picture of my drivers license for the check-in process. "

"Very clean and the staff was nice. Mark at the front desk offered great service. I would have given it 5 stars but the lack of hot/warm water was a real issue. I took the coldest shower of my life and complained the next morning so they moved us. The water in that room was lukewarm that day but freezing the morning of checkout. Hot water is a necessity in a hotel. I really hope they don’t launder their linens there with no hot water. "

"We stayed here as a halfway point between Illinois and Florida on our way back home. The pool was warm which my kids desperately needed after a long car ride. Comfortable linens and nice rooms. Breakfast isn’t anything fancy but our family of 4 were happy and enjoyed it. Cereal, oatmeal, waffles, eggs, sausage, biscuits, grits, bagels etc. "
