"The property was very clean. The room was spacious and had both a refrigerator and microwave which made it very convenient. The front desk staff were very kind and courteous. Rhonda went above and beyond to answer all question's we had, provide excellent customer service and was patient with us. The shower was very nice and TV's were very large. Despite the construction in the lobby, this was one of the best stays and we look forward to coming back! "

"Wonderful setting and close walking to restaurants and downtown St. Augustine. Staff went above and beyond customer service. Breakfast was plentiful and different selections each morning of our five night stay. On Wednesday night is the manager's reception in the evening with wine and finger foods it was a nice touch to our stay. Would stay here again in a heartbeat."

What I don’t understand, though, is why they only supply two towels in the bathroom and you have to ask the front desk for more. We have a family of four, so only having two towels doesn’t work for us. I requested more towels, but it took over an hour and a half to get them. This made getting everyone ready for bed tricky and took longer than we planned. "
