"As previously mentioned in an earlier review of my trip, I am a woman of some age driving alone with my dog from the north back to Florida. Did two night 'on the road'------both at Red Roof Inns. Was happy in St. Augustine..... Very nice reception on check-in; very nice lady when we ck'ed out. Room was very pleasant and clean; liked having a fridge and microwave; had the TV channels I wanted; not noisy; felt safe. What else can I say?? Have stayed at Red Roofs going and coming for years. ...

"It was a very nice room for the price. Seemed pretty clean and updated. The front desk staff was also very pleasant. The downside was that there were some loud trucks either in or near the parking lot in the early morning. I think trash may have come as well. They also never got back to me with an answer to my question on their check in text, but they may have been dealing with the hurricane. "
