"I booked a room for 3 nights. When I checked in, I was told that there was no housekeeping. I asked if I was to exchange my dirty towels for clean towels, Since there was only 2 sets of towels. I was told by the front desk that I had to wash them myself. I paid $131.00 a night, and have to launder the hotels towels? I am on the road about 200 nights a year and will not be staying in an Extended Stay for more than 2 nights at a time."

"This property was dirty, so many things advertised that were not provided. Broken and empty supplies in the room. Only 1 bath towers supplied, fridge dirty, bed spread had burnt cigarette holes everywhere, old soap from another customer was left in the shower. A property can be old but it doesn’t have to be dirty and unkept. "
