So we had to have the person let us into our room and wait around so she could open the pool gate for us and we could just come and go as we pleased. "The location is great. We were very disappointed having been misled that breakfast was included. (Coffee in room was it). We also were looking forward to the hot tub. It was padlocked closed. Beds are comfortable. I strongly recommend changing the website so as to not to continue false advertising re: breakfast and hot tub. "
