"The stay was good, but not great. The pool has a chemical imbalance that left my child’s eyes a bit irritated ( more than normal). The place was undergoing some renovations, so I’m sure that factored into some of the cleanliness issues. All in all, not bad. Not the best Hampton Inn we have stayed at, but better than any other chain we’ve stayed at. "

"Rooms are to far from the check in. Tv's are small and not smart tvs. Restaurants in the area are limited at best. Bluefield i am.afraid is stuck in a time warp and so is this hotel. I could smell the stinch of years of cigarette smoking in my room even though the hotel is smoke free."

"The service was good. My sales partner has cerval palsy and walks with braces so they gave us a first floor room but it was smoking and we didn’t feel comfortable.
