Fell on the black ice that had accumulated in parking area and was not well lit. Manager said that maintenance hadn't done well salting much earlier in the day, so she then had to go out and salt it herself after I fell.

I did not like that there was a crack in the room door on the side that a man from the staff was repeatedly caught outside bent over staring through watching inside my room, had to cover door in towels for privacy.

In need of repairs.
Our room was in much needed repair. Someone had stuffed a tissue in the security view in the door, the shower dripped water continuously, the toilet ran non-stop unless you pulled up on the handle after flushing. There was no hairdryer ands the room looked like it had not been renovated since the ‘70s. Will not stay here again.
