"when we arrived, at 7 pm, there was no receptionist. we were given a different room than what had been required and the person in charge (waitress) couldn't help much as there was no receptionist available. Given that the hotel for that day was fully booked, they should have a person in charge to support customers."

The lower part of wall could have been repainted.Whether windows closed or open noise outside is terrible people speaking loudly without consideration especially around midnight. This has ruined my stay. I asked the housekeeping not to clean my room but she still sorted my room given me fresh towels but sadly have thrown...

"Excellent location, great to have use of a common kitchen and outdoor area. Extremely clean and new feeling. Staff were fantastic Lack of elevator and table in room were drawbacks. "
