"Our room was perfect and comfortable The only negative thing I could say was the gentleman that checked us in was rude and after a 6-7 hour drive from northern Ontario during a snowstorm and his rude disposition stating we should have called him directly instead of Expedia. This was about 1 am, I wanted keys and to go to bed as I had a doctor appointment at 9am"

"We were in bowmanville for a family event, stayed here 2 nights. Great location, right on hwy. hotel was dated, but clean. Check in was easy and efficient, breakfast was very good, my only comment would be there was loads of dog poop in parking lot and on walkways. Would stay again if need be"

The front desk staff were friendly, and accommodating, my only complaint is that the breakfast staff would not provide plates/utensils until precisely 6:30am on Sat. after bringing out all the food at 6:15. Our team couldn't wait as we had a hockey game so it was very annoying. "
