"Positive: Absolutely anything you need, from doughnuts to a full size ATV, framing lumber, new car or a steak dinner is all available within 1 mile. Room is kinda cool, with a kitchen, handy if you are going to stay for a while. Negative: TV reception is awful. TV mounting is awful for viewing, gives neck and back problems it is so high in the air. "
