"The staff were all friendly and helpful, very good complimentary breakfasts, nice lobby where our family hung out having fun catching up. The hotel is actually connected to Chili’s- convenient and we had a great meal. Yes, the hotel is older, spotty WiFi, tvs aren’t great, thin towels, and a few wonky cabinet drawers. But the mattresses, pillows, and linens are very nice, and the rooms are fresh and clean. For the price, this BW is a bargain and is our family’s new St. Louis hotel choice....

"This stay was better then my first, I felt safe and comfortable after a long drive. Now the con was waking up the next morning and seen yall ran my card for 121 and some change, was not happy at all about that. But the attendant that was there that worked dayshift, was awesome. She was awesome at taking care of what was wrong THANKS GIRLLL! Look forward to coming back soon Thank you"

"Clean hotel, within walking distance of a lot of places. Most of the staff were extremely nice. Only downside was could hear the street traffic but once got a fan that made a big difference"
