"Thankfully, I had lived in Roanoke previously, so I had a general idea of the hotel's location; however, there were no visible signs indicating the location of the hotel if you were traveling north on I-81 nor heading south on the I-581 connector leading to downtown Roanoke. The front desk clerk was welcoming and helpful. The key card system for operating the door to the room was the worst ever. Simply put, it sucks! It needs to be replaced asap. Get rid of the system where you merely touch...

"I paid extra to stay in the jacuzzi sweet work my coworker. We knew that meant giving up a bed for a pull out sofa. Unfortunately this pull out sofa was nasty, unclean, food and spill stains, a dirty sheet and also so thin you could feel springs and a bar through it. My coworker and i had to sleep in the same bed because the mattress was not even usable. Having the hot tub was nice bit it wasn't worth the extra that i paid and then had to give up even having two beds. So don't stay here...
