"Arrivé le soir a Tanger ,on me dit qu aucun appartement est disponible ceci a 22h le soir J ai cherché un autre hotel car le site hotel.com n ont trouvé aucun autre hotelsir tanger .apres avoir passé 2 heures au telephone avec une operatrice du site hotel. Com j ai du dormir dans ma voiture avec ma famille . Ne faite pas confiance aucune garantie avec le site ....a mon retour je compte porter plainte pour le prejudice Tres decu trop dangereux de voyager en famille "

Es hieß auf der Expedia Bestätigung, dass ich die Unterkunft 24 Stunden vorher kontaktieren muss, da ich da erst eine Nacht vorher gebucht habe, habe ich versucht am folgenden Morgen sie anzurufen. Der Herr spricht nur arabisch. Da hab ich mich an Expedia gewandt und die haben den Rest übernommen. Die Adresse war ein wenig schwierig zu finden, das was wahrscheinlich wegen der Baustelle draußen. "Excellent front desk, very helpful, valuable directions, great location short walk to Petite Socco, view of the harbor when you walk to the street, close to the port. Well kept, always someone cleaning every detail, lobby, hallways included. Typical Moroccan bed was too firm for me -caused tossing and turning. Clean bathroom, my single room had combined shower/toilet. They had a square wooden shower platform but the rest of the floor the tile is slippery when wet and could cause someone to fall."

"The bathroom in room 3 was so smelly that you couldn’t get good sleep during the night. The bed was facing the window which was directly facing the corridor. You had to close the window to sleep unless you gave up your own privacy. The breakfast was bad too. "

"Nous avions réservé un appartement au bâtiment F et finalement nous avons eu l'appartement dans le E bref arrivé a 18h et logement était ba peine prêt ménage pas terminé. Nous étions 6personnes et il n'y avait que 2 serviettes pratique et ne parlons pas des couverts 2fourchettes 1 couteau et 2Cuilleres. Une honte on réserve pour 6 et ce n'est même pas équipé nous avons été obligé de prendre les couvertures qu'il y avait dans notre voiture car pas assez pour tout le monde bref je ben recommande...

"Overall it was okay,the apartment was in a very good condition,we had a few problems though,the sink in the main bathroom was fully broken,and the owner explained that they will fix it on the day we checked in or the day after,this never happened. The electricity kept going off,bur we were able to switch it back on,the towels were old and very smelly,we contacted the owner,and we haven't recipived a reply so we bought our own towels.
