"I've never used an extended stay property before, so I'm not sure how this one compares. I was surprised by the limited front desk hours. There was no one to check out with when I left, so I just left my room keys at the desk. Not even a drop box. There is no listed check-in "before" time, but the front desk closed at 8:00p... and I got in at 8:15p. So I had to call a number to have the on call manager come down and open up the desk for check-in. That felt a bit weird. I failed to notice...

"We changed from a crappy hotel (sonesta) near the woodland mall to this one. Much better, cleaner, everything worked, staff was great and an actual breakfast that was free when it said it was free! "
