"We were a bit surprised that there were only four rooms because it was more like a house, like a bed-and-breakfast. That part was great because the family they were nice and helpful. "Arrived at 3pm with fully paid and printed expedia.com.ph itinerary. Both the reception and hotel owner/manager told me they don't take Expedia bookings. I was told to pay cash in full and call Expedia to cancel. I contacted Expedia but because they weren't able to contact hotel management I was charged in full. It's a scam.. I was not given a room nor a refund."
