"Stephaine was wonderful at check in willingness to help was above standards. Room was nice and clean. Only issue was how cold the room was it took a while to warm once heater was turned on. I was able to provide my expected arrival time it would have been wonderful if our heat had been turned on a little prior to our arrival. "
