"We loved how pretty the pool areas were, the breakfast had slight differences every day and the two pools were comfortable temperatures and well maintained. Breakfast and the large pool were across the street from the main hotel building, which was a little confusing as we don't speak Spanish and most of the staff only spoke bits of English. "We like the service. When we had issues with the AC, TV or internet their help was great. Everyone was altways very friendly and ready to help out. On the other side,the room could use some upgrades. The bathroom is in nead of repairs; there are no fixtures for soap and the sink is missing sections. The bedroom could use some painting over a blackened spot on the ceiling. "
