"The staff were second to none - everyone from the front desk, custodial staff and housekeeping. Extremely helpful and kind. Hotel is in a perfect location! Only downside is parking (which is no fault to their own) - but nothing you wouldn't expect in a downtown location. DON'T let that hinder your decision to stay here. The staff was extremely helpful in going over our parking options. Definitely will be a returning customer!"

"It was a tad confusing while checking in. The staff was helpful though. It was a different experience, in a good way. I like their take on hotel experience. A bit cold in the room. The heater never seemed to get going. All in all, i enjoyed my stay."

"Our room was not made up prior to us arriving in the evening. The counter attendant was able to shuffle rooms around to maybe things work for us. Lots of items in facility needing maintenance or broken down. Only reason for a 5 was due to the attempts at conflict resolution. "

"The Motel is being Renovated, the Front Lobby is all New and Improved. My room has always been Clean, and everything operational. The Pool and Hot Tub area are being Renovated at this Time. I try to always book this Location when in Fargo Area. I like the fact that it is easy to get to the Stores I want on 13th ave by Driving up Main Ave to the Appropriate Intersecting Street. This avoids all the Cluttered Traffic on 13th ave."

"We knew this place is going through major renos so there were no surprises. One night stay was just fine. Bed was comfy, towels clean and fresh, typical Wyndham breakfast. Just fine for a one night stay. Price was right. Staff was friendly. "
